Project Manager for Midcoast Water
The project consisted of:
- Design & construction of 75 ML/day membrane/ozone/BAC water treatment plant, with United Group Infrastructure designing and supplying water treatment process, John Wilson & Partners designing civil works, and Reed Construction constructing civil works.
- Managing programme and costs, MCW board meetings, council approvals, tendering documentation and process, design, on site construction management with 10 staff.
